EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS

Our clients are informed that our company does not carry out refund processes of any kind due to the nature of the business and the care of the elements. If the possibility of changing the product of the same reference is contemplated or, failing that, similar products if the conditions are applicable.
Our policy lasts for 5 days. If 3 business days have passed since Your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a product exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your exchange process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Changes (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your change.
If you are approved, then your change will be processed immediately or a credit will be automatically applied to your customer account for a later purchase.
Sale items (where applicable)
Only regular priced items will be covered by the exchange policy, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
